From early childhood, Carolina’s impulse was to challenge ‘the way things were’ in society, in order to recreate ‘What else is possible’ for the future of Humanity.
As a typical Indigo, her default mindset was ‘Why?’, which led her to explore myriad roles, professions and industry sectors across multiple countries, as she sought to understand the ‘fault lines’ in our world to best focus her attention on making her contribution to evolving Humanity’s potential.
… passing through the worlds of Shipping, Design, Construction, Energy, Financial investment, Real Estate & IT at senior levels, she then moved into entrepreneurship developing innovative & strategic relationships between IT organisations within the Australian Pacific regions (Microsoft, HP, GE-IT, Cisco, etc); this was where she identified her innate abilties to bring mutual and frequently differing parties together collaboratively and successfully.
Identifying a distinctive ‘fault line’ within the field of Leadership, she qualified as a Coach in 2000, working with senior level leaders internationally, including, the Top Leaders program in the NHS (National Health sSrvice), the National Police Force and Centrica (& associated energy/banking subsidiaries) on her return to the UK.
Disenchanted with perpetuating ‘old world’ concepts in a failing global leadership paradigm and honouring her spiritual calling begun 25 years before, she now felt equipped to explore her own desires to support the creation and emergence of a more Heart-led leadership,, bringing forward the focus on Heart before Head, full integration of sacred feminine/masculine energies ,with the Feminine now strongly at the helm.
This has now become her full time focus: developing new Heart-led influencers and leaders as visible, embodied role models, laying the foundation for for Humanity’s natural, organic Ascension path, as ‘Heart-led Humanity.’, as we evolve as a species to take up our rightful and respons-able role amongst our Cosmological and Galactic families.
