was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and is still living there. Tanys began her career in home health care right after getting her Bachelor of Social Science Degree from university. She started in the field as a caregiver and ended up in management after completing her Human Resources Management and Applied Management certificates. She went to get her Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
Tanys’ spiritual journey started after her first Reiki session; she had never felt so good and decided that she had to learn how to do it. She was working in a full time management position, volunteering and performing with a local theatre company while slowly taking her Reiki training. After leaving her second management position, she decided it was time to start her own business. In June of 2015, Tanys started her HR consulting business, Twillow Consulting, where she has worked with small businesses.
Her unique blend of human focus and business acumen ensures that the services they provide are delivered with a well-rounded approach and high quality deliverables. In 2015, Tanys founded the Twillow Lifestyle Community as a sole Reiki Practitioner and has since grown to 3 practitioners. In 2021 she started the Twillow Lifestyle Academy which has 9 teachers in a variety of subjects relating to energy healing, wellness and metaphysics. The Twillow Lifestyle Community has just started a membership portal that is growing with content from the teachers and other practitioners regularly.
Tanys is a Registered Reiki Master and an Intuitive Healer. She received her Celtic Shamanic High Priestess and Crystal Master certification a few years ago and many more along the way. She was a Finalist in the Business Women of the Year awards with the Women’s Business Network 2022. The Twillow Lifestyle Community was named the Best Holistic Alternative Wellness & Spiritual Health Enterprise 2022 for Eastern Ontario with Corporate Vision Magazine.
She is also a Galactic Ambassador with the Alliance for Extraterrestrial Diplomatic Contact. Tanys uses her channelling and intuitive abilities to help people understand themselves and others. She works with those who are looking to create more meaning in their lives. Tanys helps them transform and evolve on their healing journey of self-discovery.
