I am a "Transformational Sound Artist" and have been combining Music and Healing as "Sound-Healing" in my own inspired way for over 25 years. A Multi-Instrumentalist and inspired Vocalist, I enjoy playing Handpan, Gong, various Flutes, Shamanic drum, Sansula, Didgeridoo, and more. Yet, for sure, my favorite instrument is my voice.

I am a facilitator for Drunvalo Melchizedek's "School of Remembering". I completed my Teacher training with Drunvalo in 2012. Since then I have taught about 100 4-day Awakening The Illuminated Heart workshops to well over 1000 people all over the West coast and Hawaii, and over the last 3 years online as well. I have also shared this information at many transformational festivals and events.

I am also a Certified Gong Practitioner - through Gong Master Metab Benton's school. A Certified Holistic Health Coach - through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, and a Certified Laughter Yoga teacher - through Laughter Yoga International.

I am here to be in service to Love, Ascension, opening the heart, all things beautiful and to joyfully play whatever part I can in the process of Spiritual Remembering at this amazing and transitional time. I am 53 years old, and all my life I have been answering the call to go deeper. I have spent my years pursuing truth, clarity, service, musicianship and performance art, healthy living, Reiki, Sound Healing, shamanic arts, and exploring every path that would bring me to the next level of Heart opening and understanding.

In my 20's I spent a lot of time in ashrams in India and have always explored various spiritual traditions and have passion for Metaphysical and Consciousness research. Every turn of the road has brought me insights and precious gifts.

I am constantly seeking out new and accessible ways to learn to live fully in our hearts and to connect with the energies of Ascension. I love inspiring and supporting people who are ready to shift, whether with their health, nutrition, spiritual landscape or into living more fully from the heart. I am motivated by the fact that millions of people are in real pain and experiencing real challenges in their lives.

I strive to offer beautiful, profound and yet simple ways to truly embody higher understandings, and open the heart. I bring my lively spirit, my joy, my reverence for all life and my love for all to the work I offer to the world.

I am one of those rare weirdos who wears an actual watch. I love time. Time and I are in love. I've always had such a wonderful relationship with time. and if you know me, I'm probably one of the most prompt persons you know. And my internal clock and internal metranome is pretty spot on too.

Anyhow here I am dancing with time at my page turn to 49. I hold time with respect and kindness, and time is gentle with me. Happy to be just where I am, sweetly dancing with time. Not fighting it at all. not pretending time is anything other than what it is. but making friends with the song of time. bring me the full cycle! like leaves turning and falling. make me an old wrinkly crone. all in time, in times own sweet time. this is a delight. so I welcome time, now, and now, and now. learning and riding the ongoing improvisational melody.

The present moment is the only time that exists and is sacred. And its to THIS time that I am devoted and lovestruck. The notes of a song only exist in each present moment, but those moments, those notes string together to form a song, same with time, there is only now, but the song of my life plays out in time.

and of course also acknowledging my immortality and transcendent nature. but that's not overtly the point right now is it? I am here in time, for the time-being, to be a part of all this, so might as well do the lovers tango with time. Open embrace, no holding back.
