The "walk-in" experience is a form of soul exchange or soul transference whereby one soul leaves or "walks out" of the body, usually during sleep, and another prearranged soul "walks into" that body with all of its memories intact. Walk-ins are usually starseeds who have a specific mission to accomplish to help the earth to ascend. A walk-in can only occur when one soul is ready to leave their earthly life and agrees to give the body over to another. Souls decide to leave earth for many reasons, but for walk-outs the most common reason is the desire to cut a life short due to suicidal feelings that won't subside. In some other cases, their Life Plan may be complete, their karma for that lifetime complete, or because they are unable to learn or grow in that particular life any further. The person's Higher Self may have plans for them in a new, better lifetime, and so withdraw the essence from the body. With the case of suicide, the soul is saved the need to harm their own body in order to leave it, for the walk-in soul requires a healthy body. So an agreed upon switch is made, leaving a healthy body that another soul can ulitlise.

Spirituality is by far the most important of our noble qualities. It is part of our consciousness, and therefore part of our mentality. The nobler our character and ideals and aspiration and efforts, the greater is our spirituality. The higher our level of moral consciousness (with a compulsion to do right, not wrong), the more spiritual we are.

Spirituality is evidenced less by words than by deeds. For those who have the eyes to see, spirituality, if any, and the degree of that spirituality, is evidenced by our way of life, by the way we express ourselves in all things, great and small. Consciousness permeates the uni/multiverse. It is the Source Energy that drives all of Creation, and is that which is referred to on Earth as God. Some years ago, we were given a teaching on what is called the Human Ladder, which is comprised of 10 levels of expanding and deepening conscious awareness. Ascension through these 10 levels over multiple lives is our path of evolution through the Universe.
